Our services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing, are provided as described in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). The client agrees to provide all necessary access, materials, and information required for Katie Powell Contracting LLC to perform these services effectively.

2. Timelines and Performance

All timelines provided are good-faith estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Katie Powell Contracting LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including client responsiveness or third-party platform issues. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results (e.g., #1 rankings, specific lead counts) due to the dynamic nature of the digital marketing landscape.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in the SOW, typically monthly in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to remit payment on time may result in a suspension of services. All payments made to Katie Powell Contracting LLC are non-refundable.

4. Legal Disclaimers

Katie Powell Contracting LLC is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any or all service interruptions caused by Katie Powell Contracting LLC or its employees.
